By accessing or using the MegaWall League website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Accounts on the Site are issued to authorized league staff. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to access areas of the Site you are not authorized to use.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content at scale without our permission.
• Interfere with the Site's security, performance, or integrity.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as bios, photos, and messages). By submitting it, you grant MegaWall a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the league. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share what you submit.

The MegaWall name, logos, branding, photography, statistics, and Site content (excluding user content) are owned by MegaWall or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the Site or our users.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaWall and its operators, owners, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.
