Terms of Use

These Terms cover your use of themegawall.com (the "Site"), which Handball House ("we," "us") operates for the MegaWall league. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms apply only to the website. Team participation agreements, athlete permissions and releases, sponsorship contracts, and any paid-product terms are separate documents. Each is provided in full before you agree to it, and each governs its own subject. Submitting a form on this Site does not enter you into any of them.

Visitors don't need an account, and there is no public sign-up. Only league staff we authorize can sign in, to manage league content. Staff must keep their login details private and let us know right away if they think someone else has used their account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to break the law or violate anyone's rights.
• Impersonate someone or misrepresent who you're affiliated with.
• Try to get into parts of the Site you're not authorized to use.
• Submit false information, or someone else's information without their permission.
• Interfere with the Site's security, performance, or integrity.

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit.

When you submit content specifically for public display, you grant MegaWall a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for the purposes explained at submission, subject to any separate agreement.

Private inquiries and application materials are not submitted for public display. We use them to respond to the submission and administer the requested service.

These website Terms do not independently authorize unrelated advertising, sponsor endorsements, merchandising, or transfers of an athlete's name, image, likeness, or voice rights. Those uses require appropriate separate authorization.

The MegaWall and Handball House names and logos, team marks, the Site's design, and our original writing, photos, graphics, and video are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. So is the way we select and arrange league information. Don't use our branding in a way that suggests we endorse you unless we've given you written permission.

We don't claim to own the underlying facts, such as scores, results, and statistics. You may use our public league data feed and share league facts with credit to MegaWall. Please don't copy the Site's content wholesale.

The Site may link to websites we don't control, such as team sites or social media. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

We may limit or suspend access to the Site, or to a staff account, to protect the Site or other people, or when these Terms are violated.

To the extent the law permits, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Schedules, results, and other league information may change, and we don't guarantee they're always complete or free of errors.

To the extent the law permits, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability, right, or remedy that can't legally be limited or excluded, including your rights as a consumer.

We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above and point out any major changes on the Site before they take effect. Changes don't apply to anything that happened before they took effect.

New York law governs these Terms. Any disputes about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
